Paris Paname Tours has established these general terms and conditions of sale (the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale") for the reservation and marketing of services offered by Paris Paname Tours in Paris and its region. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the conditions under which any person can book and benefit from the services performed by Paris Paname Tours.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to any buyer, subject to any limitation present on the Paris Paname Tours website. Buyers acknowledge having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to their purchase and guarantee their full compliance by any person participating in the service(s) offered by Paris Paname Tours. Paris Paname Tours reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without notice. The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those accepted on the date of purchase.
Paris Paname Tours cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the inaccessibility, failure, or bugs affecting the Paris Paname Tours website or more generally from any malfunction affecting the internet network. Paris Paname Tours cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting in particular from (i) the failure of any equipment or communication lines; (ii) routing, downloading problems and/or the loss of any email; (iii) any malfunction on the part of any supplier or third party and (iv) the failure of any transaction, provided that such events result from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Paris Paname Tours.
The price of the services offered will be set by Paris Paname Tours in Euros and includes all taxes. For any buyer located outside the Euro zone, any costs related to the exchange rate are the responsibility of the buyer. Before any purchase, Paris Paname Tours recommends that the buyer carefully examine all information relating to the selected service(s). Any buyer is informed that any reservation made on the Paris Paname Tours website must be accompanied by the payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of the service.
The buyer agrees to respect the schedules, the determined meeting point, and/or any other indication appearing on their order. Paris Paname Tours will not be responsible for the consequences resulting from such delay, and the services will neither be exchanged nor refunded.
The buyer acknowledges and accepts that no refund or compensation of any kind may be requested in the event of cancellation of the order less than 24 hours before the determined time of the service. Paris Paname Tours will refund the buyer up to 50% of the price of the service if the buyer requests the cancellation of said service between 24 hours and 72 hours before the determined time. Paris Paname Tours will refund the buyer up to 100% of the price of the service if the buyer requests the cancellation of said service at least 72 hours before the determined time.
Any refund made, if applicable, by Paris Paname Tours will only be made to the buyer, on the bank account (or credit card) used for the purchase. The refund will be made within a reasonable time following the buyer's request. Paris Paname Tours reserves the right, at its discretion, to provide a refund, a voucher, or an exchange in the event of a technical problem affecting a vehicle.
Paris Paname Tours undertakes to collect, process, and store all personal data of participants in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Paris Paname Tours will use the personal data collected for the purposes of organizing and managing the services offered, as well as for news and practical information.
The arrangements made by participants regarding travel, accommodation, and food remain the sole responsibility of the participant. Paris Paname Tours' liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by a participant and/or their property.
Paris Paname Tours shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from a Case of Force Majeure (e.g., government decisions, pandemics, etc.).
Any dispute relating to the services offered by Paris Paname Tours or these General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable agreement. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
